Mini Photo Day ~BOOKED IN FULL

Okay, Really guys this is going to be IT!  Last call for 2010.  I posted all the fall dates & they've all booked up, but my inbox is still over flowing & I just hate that I can't meet all of your requests.  So, here you go!

On October 9th we are going to do a mini photo day ~ this photo day will be shot in front of a really cool barn in city limits of Ellijay.  We will use one of our previous props like a couch or wooden bench for this set, the background will be a faded old white wash barn wall..  as shown in images above & below.

Session Fee $25.00  Disc fee $100.00  **please note, lower price due to number of photos, normal photo day results in 20+ images on disc, value = $200.00+

Please read all details below before submitting payment.

  Please note, when entering time request, if the time slot is already taken I will add you to the closest spot.  The appointment log is manually updated by your's truly...so if you book & the spots are filled, your payment will be refunded directly!  **Also make sure to leave your cell phone number in the 'notes' section of checkout.  This is extremely important, as I will call you should the weather not work in our favor.

We will work for up to 15 minutes with each client to obtain 10 images to use for printing & Christmas cards.   One session per client, we will not allow double booking for this date, to insure everyone has a chance to book.  Due to current schedule I can not open this day any further than listed below, as editing is very time consuming & we all want to have the images in time for Christmas cards :)   The 10 images will also be put to disc for you to print as you wish.   With the digital images you will be able to enlarge images up to poster sized or as small as wallet size!

PLEASE NOTE ~ By submitting payment, you agree that the photo session fee is non-refundable for any reason other than bad weather.  Also, remember final payment of $100.00 is due at time of session for the disc.  Images will not be taken if payment isn't received upon arrival, this keeps a fast work flow & disc can be complete & in hand in plenty of time for adding prints in your Christmas cards :)

Waterfall update:

Everything is as scheduled.. we were out at the location today setting up the swing and the water looks great!  I am praying for the heavy rain to hold off.  The forecast is calling for 50% chance through out tomorrow.. but I'm going to be there & take my chances.  So long as the water is clear and the rain isn't falling, I'll be there!  Please make sure to call me before you head out & like I said before, if I do not answer that is a good thing ~ means I'm shooting the session before yours.  If it were to rain your appointment out I will refund your payment, if we aren't able to get your shots in.  

The above photo is the path you will take to cross the creek.  We have some flat stones for you to use if you don't want to walk through the water :)

And here is our swing.. can't wait to see how it all turns out tomorrow.  I'm betting the good Lord will hold the rain for us to get our shots, so get excited.. because I sure am!

Unless your name is Lyla and you have a umbrella you've been waiting to use.. Rain isn't a good thing.

I was praying for rain to bring the water level back, so we'd have a nice beautiful waterfall for tomorrow's photo day.. but got a bit more than what we need.  I am so sorry, but we are going to reschedule the waterfall photoday until next Saturday.   Please email me if you are unable to keep the appointment times that you were scheduled for.  I will refund payment in full if you aren't able to keep the spot.  

Again, I am completely sorry that the water wasn't clear for the shoot, but it's out of my hands.   I am looking out for the best interest of you all, as I would not want my photos taken in front of muddy water.. as I'm assuming you wouldn't either.   Thanks in advance for you understanding.  If you can please send me a quick email letting me know you read this, otherwise I will be giving you a call tomorrow to confirm you've gotten the news.  englemomof2@yahoo.com  Again, let me know if Saturday, August 14th does not work for you, otherwise I will assume we are on schedule with your appointment.

Waterfall Photo Day

PLEASE MAKE SURE IF YOU ARE BOOKED FOR TOMORROW'S SHOOT TO CHECK BACK HERE BEFORE YOU START GETTING READY TO COME.. I AM HEADING TO THE LOCATION TO CHECK THINGS OUT AND MAKE SURE THE WATER ISN'T MUDDY ~ WE ARE THANKFUL FOR THE RAIN, BUT WE DO WANT CLEAN/CLEAR WATER..   I WILL UPDATE BLOG ONCE I RETURN HOME.
